Woodcrest Capital's business is making strategic consulting and equity investments for short-term or long-term

Sales & Acquisition
| Throughout its history, Woodcrest has been a developer,
active purchaser and seller of real estate, including undeveloped land, office buildings, shopping centers, apartments, warehouses,
and other commercial properties. Its concentration on a variety of property uses has led to a flexibility adapting
to the market and a unique ability to identify growth trends, capitalizing on the value they create.
The
size of typical transactions are 3 to 25 million dollars and thousands of acres, to small opportunistic purchases making
Woodcrest's interest and its activities without limits. Although its concentration and focus has been primarily
North and West Texas, Woodcrest has also been very involved throughout the state of Texas as well as opportunities which have
become available in Florida, Illinois, Alabama, Kansas, Tennessee, Ohio, and Michigan. These development and acquisition
activities have been instrumental in the growth and development of communities and the redevelopment of existing neighborhoods. We are always interested in well valued properties in growth areas to add
to our portfolio. |
New Development and Major Renovation | The complex process of developing new income-producing properties has become a
strength and a growth area for Woodcrest. Its success has come from combining the vision and real estate expertise
of its founder Jim Ryffel. Specializing in community and neighborhood lifestyle shopping centers,
office buildings, self-storage facilities, boat and RV storage facilities, and other commercial properties, Woodcrest has
built properties throughout the Dallas-Ft. Worth Metroplex and is now developing properties in other parts of Texas.
Benefitting from a talented in-house staff of construction professional, project managers and construction superintendents,
the company has an ability to move quickly and complete a project on even the shortest of schedules. The results
have been an impressive portfolio of properties, such as the newest "life-style shopping centers", for its own
portfolio and partnerships.

Property Management | Often an undervalued activity, but a key component to Woodcrest's success
is property management. Woodcrest, not only owns, but also operates, leases, and manages its properties. With a talented team
of in-house professionals, this component of the Woodcrest group, oversees the maintenance, collects revenue, manages the
finances and expenditures, and coordinates activities on existing properties, such as the finish-out construction, mechanical
and occupancy of new tenants or renovation of existing properties.
The team required
to maintain a solid performance of its properties includes financial managers, tenant liaisons, maintenance technicians, and
leasing professionals. The coordination of these activities requires exceptional organization, close scrutiny, and a sincere
